Military Engineering Institute - IME. The Conference gathered delegates from several cities of Rio de Janeiro State between June 18th and 20th. The objectives were to formulate and deliberate the proposals of the State of Rio for the elaboration of the National Plan for Women’s Policies, and to elect the delegates who would represent the State in the National Women’s Policies Conference.
