The meeting, promoted by the Special Secretariat for Policies for Women - SPM, brought together Ministers of policies for women from the 5 countries of Mercosur: Brazil, Uruguay, Paraguay, Argentina and Venezuela, in addition to representatives of women's policy organizations from all over Brazil, and advisers to the National Council for Women's Rights.
