12th. GLBT PRIDE PARADE

The Parade, organized by Grupo Arco-Íris and Movimento D’Ellas, had as its main theme the approval of the bill that criminalizes homophobia (PLC122 / 2006) in the Senate at that time. 1.2 million people participated in the Parade according to the organizers and 500 thousand people according to the Military Police.
